National Instrument 43-101 Disclosure
National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators, and applicable throughout Canada, which establishes standards for all public disclosure an issuer makes of scientific and technical information concerning mineral projects materials to the issuer. Vior Inc. adheres to the NI 43-101 standards, and provides the following information related to its mineral projects and Qualified Persons:

Christian Blanchet P.Geo, qualified person as defined by NI 43-101, has supervised the preparation of the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for the mineral project disclosure on this website and has approved the disclosure herein. Mr. Blanchet is not independent of the Corporation as Mr. Blanchet acts as Operations Manager for Vior Inc.
