NOYARD AND VEZZA PROPERTIES

The Noyard property (100% Vior) consists of 14 claims and is located approximately 25 kilometres south-west of Matagami, Quebec. It is adjacent to the Vezza project, where Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. identified an auriferous resource (not conforming to National Instrument 43-101) of 1.9 million tonnes grading 4.6 g/t Au, or approximately 250,000 ounces of gold. Above ground, the Vezza deposit is fewer than 300 metres from the northern boundary of the Noyard property. Drilling previously conducted close to this boundary revealed the following values: 4.2 g/t Au over 5.2 metres, 11.8 g/t Au over 2.3 metres and 6.1 g/t Au over 1.3 metres. There has not been any deep drilling done as yet in this area to test the potential of the depth extension of the Vezza deposit.
In 2005 Vior increased its land position on the property surrounding the two blocks of the Vezza claims, and now holds over 1100 hectares of land in the area. Drill targets have been identified on these properties and will be tested over the course of the coming term.
