Claude St-Jacques,
President
Mr.
St-Jacques is the founder and past president of the Company as well
as being the founder of Mazarin and Virginia Gold Mines. Mr. St-Jacques
graduated from Laval University (1982) in management and public relations
and has been associated with the mining industry since 1982, namely
as Managing Director of the Quebec Prospector's Association from 1982
to 1984. Mr. St-Jacques is also a director of Virginia Mines Inc.

Jacquelin Gauthier, Vice-president
of Exploration
Mr. Jacquelin Gauthier has broad experience in mining exploration
and geology, having worked as Exploration Manager for majors such
as Kinross Gold Corp., Bema Gold Corp., Cambior Inc. and Noranda Inc.
He was mainly active in Canada and Russia, but also in East Europe
and Africa. Over the course of his career, with three different teams,
he has been directly responsible for three discoveries that proved
to be economic. Mr. Gauthier also has discovered the oldest fossils
in Eastern North-America: the 2,700 million years old Joutel‘s
stromatolites. He earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science
(geological engineering) in 1975. After two years of graduate studies,
he began his career with SEREM Québec, a subsidiary of the
French BRGM, moved to Groupe Minier Sullivan and then Morrison Minerals.
Mr. Gauthier was president of Azimuth Exploration Inc. and has worked
several years as a consultant. He has participated in advisory boards
for the Quebec and federal Departments of Natural Resources, as well
as a number of geosciences forums and committees. He was also director
and vice president of the Quebec Prospectors Association and the Association
of Professional Geologists and Geophysicists of Quebec.

Denis
Chénard, ing., Manager of Exploration
Denis Chénard, P.Eng., has nearly 20 years of experience as
a geological engineer in mineral exploration and mining, mainly for
gold but also for nickel and base metals in Quebec, Ontario and the
Dominican Republic. He was employed by Cambior, Barrick, Aurizon Mines,
Falconbridge and TVX Gold. He later founded his own consulting firm
in mineral exploration (Datac Geo-Conseil Inc.) through which he worked
on different projects with Virginia Gold Mines, Radisson Mining Resources,
GlobeStar Mining, Everton Resources and Adventure Gold. During his
career, he participated in the discovery of the extensions of the
Sleeping Giant Mine with Cambior, the pre-production phase at the
Beaufor Mine with Aurizon Mines, and the exploration campaign on the
Eleonore deposit with Virginia Gold Mines. He is now Vior’s
Exploration Manager since 2008. Mr. Chénard holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Geological Engineering from the Université du Québec
à Chicoutimi. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs
du Québec (OIQ).

Gaétan Mercier, Treasurer
Mr. Mercier graduated from Laval University in 1983. He holds a Bachelor
degree in Business Administration, in Accounting. Mr. Mercier has
more than 20 years of experience with mining exploration companies.
He has held various financial managerial positions and held the position
of corporate secretary for different mining companies, namely Virginia
Mines Inc. And Osisko Exploration Ltd. Mr. Mercier is treasurer of
the Corporation since September 13, 2004 and held the position of
controller from October 1989 until its nomination as treasurer.

Raynald
Vézina, ing., Mining consultant
Mr Vézina has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry.
He obtained a bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from Laval University
in 1970. He has worked in different management positions for Cambior,
Placer Dome and Falconbridge. He successsfully managed the development
of many new mines. During his career, he has been member of numerous
professionals associations and R&D committees. He was president
of « Quebec mining association » in 1985-1986. Former
Vice President Operations at Cambior, Mr Vézina works since
2004 as consultant in Mining Engineering. He is a Director of Richmont
Mines since 2006.
