Claude St-Jacques,
President
Mr.
St-Jacques is the founder and past president of the Company as well
as being the founder of Mazarin and Virginia Gold Mines. Mr. St-Jacques
graduated from Laval University (1982) in management and public relations
and has been associated with the mining industry since 1982, namely
as Managing Director of the Quebec Prospector's Association from 1982
to 1984. Mr. St-Jacques is also a director of Virginia Mines Inc.

Marc L’Heureux, P.Geo., M.A.Sc., Vice
President of Exploration
Marc L’Heureux has more than 20 years of experience
as a professional geologist in exploration for gold, nickel, base
metals and diamond in North and Latin America. He has served for Cambior,
Falconbridge and Barrick up to 1997. Following that, he worked for
junior corporations such as Boreal Exploration, GlobeStar Mining,
Majescor Resources and Everton Resources. Mr. L’Heureux holds
a degree in Geology and a Master Degree in Earth Sciences (Applied
Geochemistry), which he received from the University of Quebec in
Montreal and University of Quebec in Chicoutimi, respectively. He
is also a member in good standing of the Ordre des géologues
du Québec (OGQ) and a director of the Association de l’exploration
minière du Québec (AEMQ).

Denis
Chénard, P. Eng., Manager of Exploration
Denis Chénard, P.Eng., has nearly 20 years of experience as
a geological engineer in mineral exploration and mining, mainly for
gold but also for nickel and base metals in Quebec, Ontario and the
Dominican Republic. He was employed by Cambior, Barrick, Aurizon Mines,
Falconbridge and TVX Gold. He later founded his own consulting firm
in mineral exploration (Datac Geo-Conseil Inc.) through which he worked
on different projects with Virginia Gold Mines, Radisson Mining Resources,
GlobeStar Mining, Everton Resources and Adventure Gold. During his
career, he participated in the discovery of the extensions of the
Sleeping Giant Mine with Cambior, the pre-production phase at the
Beaufor Mine with Aurizon Mines, and the exploration campaign on the
Eleonore deposit with Virginia Gold Mines. Mr. Chénard holds
a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the Université
du Québec à Chicoutimi. He is a member of the Ordre
des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

Gaétan Mercier, Chief of the Finance Departments
Mr. Mercier graduated from Laval University in 1983. He holds a Bachelor
degree in Business Administration, in Accounting. Mr. Mercier has
more than 20 years of experience with mining exploration companies.
He has held various financial managerial positions and held the position
of corporate secretary for different mining companies, namely Virginia
Mines Inc. And Osisko Exploration Ltd. Mr. Mercier is treasurer of
the Corporation since September 13, 2004 and held the position of
controller from October 1989 until its nomination as treasurer.
